| The Vision Gather together 5000 Christians from across the United States (100 in each state) with our hearts set on serving the Lord and actually DO what He has commanded us to do. LOVE ONE ANOTHER ! The Stratetgy Establish one NATIONAL group and fifty STATE groups. Promote truth, build friendships, share Christ, set guidelines, establish leaders, and seek ways of promoting our faith. The Goal Our Goal is to bring together 5000 "true faith" United States Internet Christians from diverse backgrounds in unity and love. We believe People need the Lord, Christians need each other, and we, as children of God have a message to share. Further we believe that one of the greatest hindrances to reaching out for Christ is the lack of unity among God's people. We hope to change that. Involving Others ( What YOU can do !!!) You can JOIN. By becoming a member, we can work together to build this Internet community one person at a time. You can PRAY. Unless God builds the house, we labor in vain. Yet, we are laborers together with God. Without the leading and guidance of the Holy Spirit, our efforts will be unfruitful. Pray for God's will, pray for strength in the Lord and pray for opportunity to be a blessing to others. You can INVITE. We all know someone that knows someone that knows the Lord. Let's share our purpose and intent with others. Invite them to stand with us in Christian love. You can INTERACT. Get to know one another, pray for one another, edify one another, strengthen one another. Christianity is about your relationship with God and with one another. The Faith It is very improtant to define what constitutes true faith of true believers. Although it is not exhaustive it does cover the basics. This document is called Our Statement of Unity . Discipline Another feature of this site is we are not soft on sin. Those that actively promote ungodly traits or actions are admonished. If necessary, removed. This is a Christian group not the devil's playground and is reserved for the Glory of God. Our Future Our future is bright! God is doing wonderful things through us. The possibilities are endless. We are connected through the Internet and we are developing an online community of believers. But our vision does not stop there. We are trusting God to use us to impact our communities for Christ. We want to be Biblical Christianity in ACTION ! We are trusting in the goodness of God to bring it to pass. Perhaps this little poem sums it up best..... God has not taught us to trust in His name, to bring us this far, to put us to shame. |
