You're a Christian; you already know that sex outside of marriage is wrong, you shouldn't be engaging in it, and that yes, oral sex is sex, too.
No, it's not okay to "pet," either, i.e., touching the private parts of your partner, whether you are clothed or not. Honestly, you should already know this stuff. Why on earth would you need to e-mail someone and ask them about it?
You already know if you have sinned sexually that Christ will forgive you - you need to forgive yourself and move forward.
Please don't write asking me if masturbation is a sin.
