By now you should know I love weightlifting, but I am also just generally passionate about health and fitness. To me, that includes what I eat!
Now, before you leave this page, listen up! I value the importance of eating healthy, but I also LOVE frozen yogurt (who doesn't), pizza (I'm Italian), and pretzels (lots and lots of pretzels).
You CAN have the best of both worlds.
