By now you should know I love weightlifting, but I am also just generally passionate about health and fitness. To me, that includes what I eat!
Now, before you leave this page, listen up! I value the importance of eating healthy, but I also LOVE frozen yogurt (who doesn't), pizza (I'm Italian), and pretzels (lots and lots of pretzels).
You CAN have the best of both worlds.


That being said, three of my most favorite things to make are mugcakesprotein brownie mug cake


pancakes
and chocolate shakes! Healthy Chocolate Milkshake

 


Try out some of my recipes below. I promise they're DELICIOUS. ENJOY (nom nom nom).

Fudgy Protein Brownie Mugcake
INGREDIENTS:



INSTRUCTIONS:

  1. Mix together all of the ingredients.
  2. Pour everything into a mug.
  3. Heat in the microwave for 25-30 seconds (depending on how fudgy you want it).
  4. Devour!



Fluffy Protein Pancakes (No Protein Powder Required!)
INGREDIENTS:



INSTRUCTIONS:

  1. Blend all of the ingredients in a blender.
  2. Use cooking spray to grease pan.
  3. Pour batter into pan (should make 3-4 pancakes) and flip when the edges look dry.

    "Wendy's" Chocolate Shake
    INGREDIENTS:
    • 1 scoop of chocolate protein powder
    • 1 tbsp of unsweetened cocoa powder
    • 1/4 cup of unsweetened almond milk
    • 8 ice cubes
    • 1/4 frozen medium banana


    INSTRUCTIONS:
    1. Add all ingredients to blender and blend until smooth.
    2. Enjoy your shake with a suspicious amount of satisfaction, astounded that what you are eating is actually "healthy."
