1.  Love me, As I Am

2.  Challenge

In Christian leadership there are three kinds of aims:

1. To impart knowledge
2. To change attitudes
3. To change conduct

The highest aim of Christian leadership is to bring a individual to an closer relationship with their God.  God will then change attitudes and conduct - life.  Providing God's Word effectively will be affecting daily conduct - attitudes and what is done.  This is Christian Leadership:

A person's greatest need is the need for God; and what God can do for, and in, and through them.

Teaching what is relevant - that meets a recognized need - assists them in their spiritual and day-to-day growth.  People participate when they engage in significant discussion, when they answer questions, share life, and brainstorm.

As a Christian exploring the wide world of "gifts and talents," you've probably asked yourself a lot of questions.

When you desire to see your "gifts and talents" and your faith work together, questions like this are normal.  In fact, the more you'll become aware that God has certain expectations and desires for your life.

Psalm 119:105 says, "Your Word is a lamp to my feet and a light for my path."  Your "gifts and talents" is the path you take as you invest your life.  Scripture is the best textbook available to help you discover the right path.
