1. What do you understand "holism" to be? Holism to me is the approach to see the whole person which includes the spiritual, the physical and the mental parts of the person. The inclusion of all three main areas of a person are not individual parts by work closely together in a person to make the person who he/she really is. Its like an engine, the pistons do not work if there is no oil, the engine will not work is there is not gas etc. We as people are made up of many parts and if one is neglected or not taken care of the rest of the body will feel the effect.
