What is it you think you need to know more of to be a better trainer? Write down one area where you wish you had more knowledge, more information, more training - whatever it would require to make you a better Christian trainer. I want to know the Bible better, I know some of the basics but to study more of the Bible to be able to get more meaning out of the stories and use this in my small group leadership. When we discuss subjects on the Bible I would like to be able to relate thoughts of what the Bible may say on the subject. I do know that's a lot to look for in my training, but even if I learn a little that will be more than I know now...with God all things are possible.
