Bob a leader in our community has been quite troubled lately in his training. He seems to have lost his energy and trust of himself. Bob has not taken any recent up-grading courses and does not feel that he knows anymore how to help the people who come to him with problems. Bob does not realize that he cannot always help everyone all the time. Sometimes he needs to ask for help himself. Bob must not only ask for help from his other co-leaders but must contact God himself to ask for help in his tasks. When Bob does realize that he is not alone, but that his work mates and God can help him then he will be able to continue.
