Friend, depressed due to job, talk to friend etc
Get friend comfortable in quiet place, confidential area, no disruptions etc. Ask about a little history of job, feelings about peers, listen to what he says, what he is trying to say. Ask for what the future might hold if any thoughts on it. Ask if he might like to pray about the subject. Ask what he has done about the situation. Listen more than talk. silence is OK too.
