Tell about your home life, your early Christian experience and people who influenced you as a child.

b. Explain your early understanding of what it means to be a Christian.

c. Describe how you came to relate personally to Jesus as your Lord and Savior.

d. Tell some specific areas in your life that Christ has changed and others where you still need him to make changes.

I grew up in a Christian family, my Dad and Mom were both very involved in Church and our community. They influenced my very much. I accepted Christ as my Savior around the age of 10 or 11. I was able to follow Christ in our Church but I lost touch with God as I grew into my teenage years and became a follower of the crowd at school. I was fortuante not to be in big trouble with drugs and alcohol. I finally saw the light after I married and our children were small. I knew I had been living wrongly and had left God out of my life. I am sure God was watching over me because I blew so many things away so easily. God spoke to me I am sure one evening when I was walking past my church and I realized how I had gone astray. Thank God he took me back and I have never looked back, only to see how far I have come since then. I have rambled on but that is me so far. I believe as a young person I felt Christ was in me, but did not have enough strenght in my own heart to keep in touch with Christ. Christ has helped me with a fight with alcohol, I am sure I could have been lost to it and drugs so easily had it not been for the love of God and my wife. She is a God send and helped me immensly as well. I still need to work on a few areas (more than a few maybe but who's counting, God I'm sure is and knows me only too well, but his faith in me is greater in mine in me........as you can see courage to life a Christian life is an area I need to work on........self essteem....but I have a gracious God who loves me and keeps me from many things........Haliluya (excuse the spelling) I think I have included most of the information in the questions..........
