I am 6'4" and right around 200lbs with really short blonde hair, blue eyes and a heck of a smile!
After graduating from high school, I attended the University of Alaska Anchorage for a few years before I enlisted in the Army.
I am an infantryman who was stationed at Fort Campbell, Kentucky from 2001 until Christmas of 2004. Then the Army decided that I would make one heck of a Recruiter! Not too sure about that yet, but I'll get the opportunity to recruit back home in Alaska. I'm excited about going home, but I will truly miss the south. No more Nascar, Titans games or beautiful southern women!
I served two combat tours, 6 months in Afghanistan and a year in Iraq. Without getting into the politics of it all, the time that I've spent overseas and the things that we accomplished are what I will always keep with me and always be most proud of.
It might sound corney, but I'm one of those guys who joined the Army to repay my country for the freedoms that we all enjoy. I'm proud as heck of what I have accomplished in the last three years!
Even with all of her faults, I believe that this country is the best in the world.
I have a niece and nephew who are the loves of my life. Kaetlyn is 7 and Chris is going to be 10 in a few months.
I have never been married but can't wait to find that perfect someone that I can share the rest of my life with. Do I believe in true love? Yes, most definately, I'm just having a tough time finding her!
I am a Christian and proud of that fact! I accepted Christ when I was younger and grew up in a non-denominational church. My soulmate is definately someone who is a strong Christian.
Being from Alaska, I love the outdoors! Whether in the wintertime or summer, I think that its just about the best place on God's green earth! I love to snowmachine, downhill ski, get into snowball fights, water fights, hunt, camp and I'm always in the mood to just escape onto the highways and drive for hours just to see the sights.
