Toward the light, toward the dawn You travel through the way so sweet. When I grope for help in the night Lord, you take my feeble hand. Pull me from my enemies' sight And carry me over the sand. |

" You set the path before me Stretching so straight ahead. But sometimes I can hardly see What my next obstacle will be. When the ground sinks under my feet I call on you to pull me up and out. You stop my always straying retreat And guide me another challenge to meet. The eternal Home calls out my name Urging me forward on and on. Then You bring me to my final aim And ends life's crazy, old game. |
