I then pulled out and looked at the napkin with Tara's number while I took a sip of my scotch on the rocks. I now couldn't wait to call her after the fallout that just happened from Ashley. Though right now I knew I had to focus on to business at hand. So I put the napkin back in my coat pocket as I knew I had to focus on the pay per view match at Speak No Evil.

Okay I will admit last Disclosure didn't turn out the way The Pantheon or I thought it would turn out. I will admit that I didn't expect it to transpire the way it did. I thought surely that I would walk out of the show with my newly crowned Cyber Champion with the title draped over my shoulder yet all I walked out with was some stitches on the forehead and a quick trip to the local hospital. Yet I am not down and out ,cause I know that I am meant for bigger and better things. See Dante your little grabbing of my foot to prevent the end of Hannah's title reign, was really a blessing in disguise for me. I mean what was I thinking? Did I really want to face every Tom, Dick, and Harry that signs a contract for the PDW and wins some generic four way match for newbies? Fuck no. So thank you Dante. You did a good service for the whore that you are.  As now people can see that I belong with the top talent. I get to show that I belong along the side of Ebdon, Payne, and Jaxx. I mean if you need any proof of that just look at the pay per view card. I am in a high profiled match in my first ever pay per view. I have a chance of proving how great I truly am. I have a chance to prove that I belong in The Pantheon. I get to step in for the Platinum Champion Joshua Payne and plus I get a chance at some pay back from Disclosure.

I crack a slight smirk at the thought of my upcoming match

As you see in my first ever pay per view I get the opportunity to take on Steve Jason. The guy that is has been a thorn in The Pantheon's side. Well first off let me congratulate you Steve Jason, it took a while but you were finally able to get the roster to actually grow some damn balls. I mean last Disclosure should have been your crowning moment yet I can't help ,but notice that half of the roster knocked you out of the spotlight. We had Mike Ryba, Julian Dark and Shara return to steal your spotlight. You had almost the entire roster get involved and now look at where it has left you....facing me you know the little weasel. The poor little The Pantheon wannabe right? Boy if you knew this would have happened you would have probably wished to take another beat down from us. I mean come on you can't fool me. I know this has to hurt your pride. You have went from a shot at Joshua Payne to fighting the new guy in the Pantheon. Though don't get me wrong this isn't going to be a match against the likes of Jason Stone. If you think that is the case, you are sadly mistaken. See Steve Jason, you may think that I am joke cause my win loss record. You may think that you can walk right in to this match and come out victorious. And if you truly think that is the gospel then it means we have probably beaten you in the head one too many times. See Steve yo4u may think that I am nothing more than their lackey. You may think that I am just a waste of time for you ,but there must be some type of fear in the back of your head. I mean why else would you choose to jump me from behind right after my match? Why would you choose me to take out first? I know what you are going to probably say that I was in the wrong place at the wrong time yet how the hell am I suppose to get back to my dressing room from the ring? You know that little voice of fear told you to jump me from behind. You little voice told you to wait for me where I exit from the ring. Now though I must admit though you did a pretty good job as I still feel it a bit. Yet don't think a little trip to the hospital is going to scare me off. Don't think the PDW's little victory last week is going to destroy the Pantheon momentum.

I stopped to take another sip of my scotch as continued when another thought popped in my head.

Then again Steve, I get the feeling you hope our momentum isn't destroyed. You see I know guys like you very well. You are the type of guy that wants to be the hero. You want to save the day for PDW. You know deep down in your heart you hated last Disclosure when the whole roster revolted against us at the end of the show and stole your thunder. I mean why else would you only had enlisted help from the joke of a group The Royal Cartel before last show? You knew they couldn't defeat us. Hell they consist of a washed up old man and a former Hooters waitress for crying out loud. I know you want to be the one and only that saves the PDW from the big ole evil Pantheon. You want to be their superman. You want the glory that comes with it. You see though this hero attempt will end up just like your last heroism attempt. You know when you tried to be Christy Matthews knight in shining armor from the monster Joshua Payne. We all know how that turned out don't we, Jason. Hell you probably still have the scars to show from it not to mention the mental control she now has over you. She still makes you feel like a confused teenager. See this hero deal hasn't worked out for you so far. So why keep trying? Let's face it Steve, it just isn't your cup of tea. I mean all it has gotten you is beating after beating and trips to the hospital. Just face the facts Jason we are your kryptonite. You see though Steve this isn't some comic book where the hero always prevails over evil. Your attempts at taking us down has been really just a waste of your time. I mean after all heroes come and go ,but a legacy like the Pantheon is making will last forever. Yes our legacy that will grow stronger at the pay per view when not only does Christy win the Cyber title, while Jaxx and Ebdon defend their titles successfully in handicap match, but I will defeat the crusader against us in a last man standing match. That will be quite a blow to the PDW won't it? It will put in everyone's mind that the Pantheon is truly unstoppable. The PDW roster will lose confidence when they see their "hero" laid out by an Apostle. Yet the worse of it for you Steve is you will let down Angel. You know your so called "friend". After the pay per view you have to go back and face her face to face and let her know that her beating would have been in vain. I know though Steve that pissed you off to see what Joshua did to Angel, but the dumb twat had it coming as she was the one that provoked the psycho. She poked the monster with the stick one to many times. Though all the blame can't be put on her now can it Steve? I mean after all you are the one that inspired her to the hospital. Then again you know all about the wrath of Joshua Payne don't you?

I paused to take finish up my scotch on the rocks as I tapped my glass motioning for the Bartender to get me another one.

Although it doesn't seem Payne is going to be much of a problem for a while according to the recent actions. Now you have to turn you attention to me. You will step into the ring with a man with no pressure and nothing to lose. See Steve Jason, this match I have nothing to lose and everything to gain. This is the perfect storm for me as if I lose oh well you beat an Apostle. Though for you there is pressure squarely on your shoulders. You have pressure of not getting upset by a rookie and so call "Pantheon lackey". You have the pressure of the whole PDW roster on your shoulder. There fate is in your hands. I mean they are looking at this match and if you lose to me what hope do they have against the rest of Pantheon? What chance do they have of not being ran over by the machine that is the Pantheon? You see in this match Steve, there can be no fluke victories. There can be no roll ups. The only way to win this match is to beat your opponent till he can't get back up. Now though I am not an idiot, I know you are hard to keep down. I mean look at the beatings we have given you and you keep coming back for more. That will mean I will have to get more vicious and more brutal which after last week I don't have to much to draw inspiration to do that. Hell if I have to crucify you again to keep you down then so be it. You see basically Steve you have all this pressure on you, how do you handle it? I mean I know how you handled the pressure last pay per view when you put at the time your Bloodshed title on the line. You choked when the spotlight was on you in the main event. You couldn't take the pressure of the spotlight. That is where you and The Pantheon split ways. We are able to handle the pressure. You will see that at the pay per view. It could be three on one and we would still walk out victors. Yet I think that is were your drive comes from. You are a little jealous of us. You want to be like Pete or Jaxx. You want to be able to hold on to the title no matter the odds or the pressure. You now made it a mission to lead a revolt to destroy us. Well I hate to break it to you ,but that won't happen. You will just have to learn to live with your inferiority complex as long as you stay in the PDW. And I guess that will be forever as you already told us that you won't be ran or forced out of the PDW.

The bartender finally made his way back over to me to fix another scotch on the rocks as this broke my train of thought for the moment. He grabbed another napkin and placed the drink on it as I picked it up for a sip. I set back down as I felt the smooth drink go down my throat. I begin back on my opponent for the pay per view.

You see forcing you out of the PDW has become quite a hobby for us in the Pantheon. Each week we thought of ways to punish you. We thought of different ways to break your spirit. Though now I get my chance. I get my chance to make an impact for the Pantheon. I get a chance to knock Steve Jason down so he doesn't get back up. I get to beat you into unconsciousness. I get beat you till you can't answer the ten count. I get beat you till you can't get back up. You see Steve, I don't plan on holding anything back. I plan on making people not even blink when they see me on the other side of the ring instead of Joshua Payne facing you. Steve, I am going to prove to you that I am not some emulation of the Pantheon, but rather I belong with the Pantheon. And what a better way to prove that I belong then to beat you to a bloody pulp and pick up a victory over you in one of the most barbaric matches in wrestling. You see since you think I try to emulate them, I might as well try to emulate the way Jaxx defeated you in the Upside Down Double ladder match. Heck it almost seems like a rites of passage for the Pantheon. You defeat Steve Jason and you have a spot in the Pantheon. Though you know Steve I am not going to emulate anyone cause like they say the original is always better than the imitation. See Steve I am greatness that is full of untapped greatness and what a better time then the pay per view to tap into that keg of greatness. I will show the world that I am truly what I have been saying I am for the last couple of weeks. I will show that I am not some loser that will be stuck opening the show. I will show the world that I belong as a main event.

I paused to picture the main event for a moment as I then continued back.

Now Steve Jason, you may just look at me and see some rich prissy boy, but you are just judging a book by it's cover. You want to believe that I am just some hopeless lackey that will follow the Pantheon to the ends of the Earth? You again are missing the whole point. You want to believe my business smarts are a joke? I mean you seem to find my statement about joining the Pantheon was a great business move humorous. Then it seems to me that little victory last week has went straight to your head. You see Steve Jason, you may think of me as this old faithful hound ,but this hound has a bite to back up his bark. Steve, you want to make light of my past  Go ahead, make fun of it. I really don't care. You see I am focused more on the present and future. I am more focused on what kind of match I am going to book you in for Dsiclosure. So go ahead Steve Jason make fun of the fact that I wasn't in the top 10 of the Fortune 500. Make fun that I was framed and spent time in the fed. Make fun of my NCAA championships. I cause that is all you can do. Live in the past You can live in the past cause you know that The Pantheon is right now and right now We are the Pantheon; we are Platinum's Most Wanted and we are Professional Wresting. And at Speak No Evil, I will give everyone a spoiler.....the PDW hero doesn't save the day.

I cracked a smirk as I pulled out my wallet and paid my tab. I then stood up and exited the bar.
