Ask yourself the following questions when considering a purchase:

What are my personal riding and competition goals?

Do I have the skills to train a young horse?

Do I have the skills to retrain a problem horse?

How many times a week will I be able to ride this horse?

How long before I will be able to compete on this horse?

Does this horse have resale value?
