| Not Alone Today, as I sit by my window and look, I see a bird that sat by the window and shook. His feathers were ruffled. So, he fixed them, I am sure. His presence was real as I watched his face and eyes, so pure. I am not alone as he watched me and I looked at his face. Seemingly he was saying, 'Good morning, my friend,' this is my place. To see my Savior's creation is a blessing to me, Knowing He created them for me to hear and to see. I am not alone as I sit and I watch The birds or the butterflies, so close that I could touch. God makes His presence so real to me, each day, As I bow my head and, to Him, I pray. "You are not alone, my child," He will say. "I am here, in so many ways. Just look out the window and you will see My creation is there for you to enjoy, from Me. I love you, my child, you are never alone. Your Father is with you. So, be happy at home." 2003 by Sarah Berthelson [email protected] http://www.christianpoetry.org/Berthelson.html Sarah's Book "He Guides My Path" may be purchased at: Barnes And Noble.com http://www.barnesandnoble.com/ Borders.com http://www.borders.com/ Amazon.com http://www.amazon.com/ |
