| I�m Learning I�m learning not to question Every trial that comes my way, But to rest in God�s sweet peace; Knowing help He�ll not delay. I�m learning I can trust Him. My best is His desire. I�ve learned that my obedience Is all He requires. It�s not always easy, As I strive to do His will. I may often falter. Yet, I know He loves me still. His love is unconditional And because it doesn�t change, I know that I can go in prayer And call upon His name. I�ve learned that it�s more blessed To give than to receive And, as I pray for others, He meets their every need. Storms often bring the rainbows Just as trials bring forth growth. If I keep my eyes on Jesus, To His promise I must hold. I�ve also discovered that, Until the day I die, I will keep on learning and I�ve stopped asking, �Why?� We may learn from each-other As we walk this path in life, If we�ll walk in His love ~ Not in earthly strife. � 2003 by Marie Williams [email protected] |
