College Student Budget Easy Strawberry Wine
(feel free to expiriment w/ any fruit)
Yield just under 5 gallons
Ingredients:
1.- 5 gallon bucket (very clean)
1.- 3-5ft garden hose (very clean
1.- empty milk jug
stack of paper paint filters (I got like 100 at AutoZone for free)
(all of the above items can be cleaned and used over again to save $)
5-10 lbs sugar
4+ gallons water (I use tap but pure is probably better)
1.- flat of strawberies
1.-packet bread yeast
1.-can frozen juice concentrate
Directions:
1.-Cut hole in lid of bucket just smaller then end of hose
2.-Squish hose into hole and seal w/ duct tape or some sort of sealent
run other end of hose into empty jug 3/4 filled w/ water
3.-Cut berries in halfs and remove any leaves
4.-Mix all ingrediants into 5 gal. bucket stir it up to disolve sugar
5.-Seal 5 gal. bucket lid
6.-Store in a normal temperature for 3 months (2 works about as good)
7.-strain wine through paint filters
8.-enjoy
