Below is a bill stating the time changes that should be made to ensure the education of the future school attendes.
During the school year schools will not be allowed to be in session earlier then 8:00 A.M. Although in the morning extra activities and study can be offered but no earlier then 7:00 A.M. Although these activities are offered the will not be mandatory. These new time schedules will affect all levels, grades K trough twelve. During the school day each class will be at the most 45 minutes long which will also shorten the school day. Also extra activities including sports will not be allowed to be held after 6:00 P.M. at night, but any child in the activity that is held longer then the normal school day will need a permission slip sign by a parent or guardian. If there were to be any changes in activities they would then need an additional permission slip with parent or guard approval. To ensure that these time frames will be meet, each board of education will hire a person to each district to check once a month on the progress of the school. Any school in violation will be discussed with the principal and consequences will be meet.
