All About Me:

I'm Christopher Braun and I will be your tour guide on this abbreviated trip through my life. Please try your best to act interested throughout the journey.  I am a 21 year old junior majoring in Marketing at Southeast Missouri State University in Cape Girardeau, Missouri. And before you ask, No, I wasn't born here, I haven't lived here all of my life, and I won't be hanging around after I graduate. Nothing personal against Cape, but spending Friday nights at the Purple Crackle isn't quite appealing enough to keep me around after graduation. Also, before we proceed, you will notice numerous references to blackjack on this website. That is due to the fact that I am addicted to it, but can't win at it.

Where to begin? Well, I guess the beginning is the best choice. I was born Christopher Michael Braun at 8:09 A.M. on Monday, October 22, 1979 in Saint Louis, Missouri. That day became known thereafter as "Black Monday." I haven't figured out why yet, but it's on my list of things to do before I graduate. At the rate I'm going, I should have 10-15 more years to think about, unless I get out early for good behavior. I have lived in Arnold, Missouri, which is about 20 miles south of Saint Louis, for all 21 excruciatingly boring years of my life.

I discovered at a very young age that I had no talents whatsoever, well except for getting into trouble. I have tried many different things through the years, and have yet to find one I stand out in. Now don't go feeling sorry for me just yet (save that for later). I enjoyed each and every one of these activities, but I just could never stick with any of them long enough. Some of my failures include baseball, basketball, piano, trumpet, singing, acting, shooting pool, throwing darts, roller hockey, bowling, and blackjack (this is a recent failure, but a failure nonetheless).

This is about as quick of a summary as can get about my life. I cut out about 21 years and 3 months in the process. The rest of my website will get you acquainted with the inner workings of my mind (now that is a scary thought, kind of like "Being John Malkovich"). You'll learn everything you never wanted to know about my hobbies (such as blackjack), my likes, my dislikes, sports, and you might even pick up some useless information along the way that could help you answer a trivia night question somewhere down the road. Good luck along the rest of the journey.
