Things have wound down now... The Trip to Denmark It was a good time. Since it was a biznez trip there was not very much time to have fun and still take care of biznez... The highlights for me were drinking beer and playing my guitar down by the river. Being my virgin trip through customs coming home I was ignorant and scared by the customs officer at O'hare airport... I flashed back on the stories I've heard and read about being trapped in no-mans-land and the officer was definitely in a bad mood. I was focused on getting outside to smoke a cigarette and was a bit irratated once I was through the check point. As I was walking away I thought to myself, "The next time I leave this country I aint coming back... I don't ever want to experience that again." I don't feel that way now, after sleeping in my own bed for two nights and knowing I may be going back to Denmark again in a few more months... Oh, and having a cigarette! The "Passion Follies" The shows closed last night... Corn will be on vacation until fall now. Until then it will be busy work on the theatre and writing more shows. (I imagine) ... Corn Productions have also asked that I become a Cornsociate and I have accepted their invitation. |
