Post GIG thoughts... It was almost over 24 hours ago when I finished playing at the Acadia Cafe as I begin to write some thoughts about the evening. The big thing for me was getting the night recorded on my VS-880EX hard disk. My first objective when I got home and then to the cabin was to create an archive of the raw recording. I'd hope that someone other than myself could re-master a CD from the same place where I am starting with the audio files I created on this computer... Or, IF my first S.W.A.G. needs to be re-done THEN I can start over from the beginning.

Listening to myself is sometimes difficult. Having a delete button is useful when it comes to making a CD from the raw recording. There are a few tricks up my sleeve to make the CD better than if you were there for the show.

I'll admit that I didn't meet MY expectations for my performance but then the "Minnesota Nice" aspect of the place won't give me any confirmation of my perception... There's a definite change in the energy level when there's people listening. I have to say last night was the best in terms of having a great audience listening...
