Winter Solstice
Sunrise by Season 		The shortest day of the year in terms of sunlight means there will be more sunlight tomorrow.  I'm excited for the coming days since I finally motivated to wire an outlet upstairs at the farm.  The green room, as we call it, is the "office" / "den" sort of space we plan.  At this stage there is only a lamp and an electric heater.  Most of our paperwork is spread across a table that is there as well.  I hope to get everything organized and taken care of in the coming daze.  Can you say "bills" and "legal documents"...?

All the crap that goes with owning a "real" home, (not the cabin), is a major pain to deal with...  The well is defintely contaminated and we need to resolve how we will get drinking water.  The bulk LP tank for our future furnace was installed yesterday.  I'll need to take one more step before to furnace guys show up.  I have also figured out how to optimize the small wood burning stove in the room where we live in the house. Staying toasty warm is easier now.
