opinions

I have alot of opinions, and sice this is my web page, I do reserve the right to share them with the world. If you dont like them, thats ok, everyone has there own point of view. Just dont try and change mine, because it probably will not work.

GUNS: Guns have been a part of this country since we first arived here. The second ammendment to the Constitution of the United States says, and I quote: "A well regulated Militia, being necessary to the security of a free State, the right of the people to keep and bear Arms, shall not be infringed." So why do some people want to take this right away? Because they want to toaly control us, and the first part is to take away our right to defend ourselves. Luckily we have a Republican in the White House who wont take away our rights.

RELIGION: There are many people who would like to rid this country of God. Little do these people realize, God is the reason they are here. I dont think religion should be mandatory, but I do beleave everyone should know God. I also beleave there should be time set aside in school for prayer, but that should also not be made mandatory. If one chooses God, that is great, if they dont, that is there choice, but they must accept what happens to them because of that choice.

MUSIC: Many people want to blame music for the problems that children today have. I can honestly say that I listen to every type of music, and I have never had any of these violent urges. The problem isnt the music, it is the listener. If the person in not mature enough to understand that the lyrics are just that, than their parents should not allow them to listen to that. The music has a warning label to let you know that you should make sure you/your child, are mature enough to handle the content.

ATHLETES: They flat out make WAY to much money. Alex Rodriguez makes close to a quartar of a BILLION dollars. granted they do work hard, but that is just rediculous. Money like that should be reserved for doctors and teachers, people who deserve to make money for what they do. Athletes are hard workers, but do they realy deserve that nuch money? I think not.

FREE EDUCATION: Now, from what I have been told, I am supposed to get a free education from the GREENBRIER COUNTY BOARD OF EDUCATION. But I have class fees, and were not talking small amounts here either. And if I am paying for supplies as they claim I am, where does the TAX MONEY our parents pay go to? If someone reads this and can answer that question, please let me know.

THE REBEL FLAG: Lets face it folks, there was a Cival War! It dont matter who was right, or who was wrong, IT HAPPENNED. And alot of people choose to remember those that saw battle in that war, but not just for the North. And these people choose to fly the Rebel Flag, so get of of their(our) backs. Many of us have relitives that fought for the South, and they want to make it a crime for us to remember those men and women? I dont beleave in racism, I support "PRIDE NOT PREJUDICE".

OPINIONS: If I can have mine, you can have yours. Just dont expect me to change mine for you, cause I can tell ya now, that AINT gonna happen. Dont like my opinions, no one is forcing you to read this page, SO LEAVE IT!
