| In the beginning of August we went out to Glenwood Springs and hiked around Hanging Lake. On your left you will see Spouting Rock. Here the water comes right out of the rock and it is really cold. The rock wall behind it allows you to view it from a different angle. | |||||||||||||||||||

| Hanging Lake with it's hour and a half hike gives fabulous views from all angles. Behind you (top, right) you see the Colorado River and in front of you (bottom, left) the beautiful, cool, clear water. As you see the water is so clear that you can see the bottom of the lake, and all the creatures who reside there (bottom, right). | |||||||||||||||||||
