Here is a summer time picture of our solarium with rosa rogosas in front.

This is a picture from the right side of the solarium with more rosa rogosas:

This is the first year the rosas have bloomed and we hope they grow each year. Notice they are protected from "the shovel" by a curved fence! In front of our master bedroom window we have have some non-Alaska native roses that we hope will survive because of how warm that bed is compared to most:

The purple stuff in the planter was suppose to be some flower sort but so far "nothing." This picture is of the four vegetable beds we have, everything from rhubarb to potatoes -- actually just some lettuce, peas and a few other things.

On the other side of the solarium we have a deck that is decorated with flowers in pots and such:

This is from the front corner of our street looking at our little bit of woods:

Going inside the solarium here is a shot of our tomatoes:

This will be our second year for tomatoes. But we have an odd sort of things in the solarium:
