To make this your AIM Buddy Icon:
Right-click the icon above and then click "save as" from the pop-up menu.  Then you need to log-in to AOL Instant Messenger (AIM) and go to "My AIM" on the menu bar and then "Edit Options", then "Edit Preferences".  Then go to "Buddy Icons"  and then browse PC for the icon and upload it. 

P.S. You will want to remember where you saved the icon when you're looking for it to upload!
