| With deer season fast approching, a Buckner Custom grunt call is something you do not want to be in the woods without. Our calls are made of two pieces of wood, each hand made. One piece, (the barrel) is made of a wide variety of types of wood, and is rounded to fit perfectly in your hand. There is a groove in the top of the barrel to tie a lanyard around. | is the mouthpiece of the call. It is made out of the same piece of wood as the barrel and is attached to a piece with a reed with a rubber ring around it. This allows you to adjust the call to make any pitch of sound you can imagine. The closer to the mouth you put the ring the deeper, more mature buck sound you get, and the further away from the mouthpiece you go you can get all the way to a fawn's bleet. To use our grunt calls you simply suck through the mouthpiece. | ||||||||||||||||||||||
