This document was created really to be used by me as a reference to what I did
when I installed Gentoo Linux on my CPQ Presario 2580US laptop.  I am also 
planning on updating the page with links to my kernel config and any other changes
I make to the system (software installs / hw changes).

I wasn't sure if anyone else would find a use for it or not - but I figured 
I may as well put it out there just in case.
