| Christian E. Anderson, 49, of Millersburg, Ohio, passed away on Saturday evening December 6, 2003, at the Pomerene Hospital. He was born December 3, 1954, in Millersburg, Ohio, to Eli S. and Ester C. (Yoder) Anderson. Chris worked in the woodworking shop at the Holmes County Training Center and was a member of Berlin Christian Fellowship. Chris was also a member of the Special Olympics team winning a number of medals and ribbons. In addition, Chris was also a member of the Holmes County Bucks basketball team and bell choir. Surviving are sisters Lydia (Simon) Miller of Etna Green, Indiana, and Ruth (Daniel) Miller of Nappanee, Indiana; brothers Calvin (Saloma) Anderson of Mexico, David (Francine) Anderson of Frenchburg, Kentucky, Simon (Carleen) Anderson of Wooster, Ohio, and Sam (Mary) Anderson of Holmesville, Ohio, and several neices and nephews. His parents and a sister, Sarah Fisher, previously passed away. Chris' funeral was held at The Berlin Christian Fellowship with Rev. David Stutzman and Rev. Menno Yoder officiating. At the family's request, the Holmes County Bell Choir performed a memorial to Chris. Burial was at the Miller Cemetary in Ripley Township. |
