| I was watching 20/20 with my mom tonight, and I happened to catch the story of young Lyndsey Kadziauskas, who was supposedly raped by two boys at a party. If you're too lazy to read the story, I'll sum it up for you here: Lyndsey (14) snuck out of her house to go to a party with two boys, Ben Cormier (16) and Matt Kelley (18). Lyndsey drank like there was no tomorrow, and being a lightweight, couldn't handle her booze. She asked to go lie down, and the party's host, Ryan Stinchfield (16), took her to his room where she lay down in nothing but her undergarments.A few minutes later she was joined by Matt and Ben, and the next thing she knew Ben was on top of her. She says she is "unclear as to whether or not she said no." She then "fell back asleep" and woke some time later, at which point she decided to go home.She then asked Matt and Ben to drive her home, and in the process of doing so, they pulled over and "forced her onto a picnic table, where she was asked to perform oral sex." The next day she faced much ridicule at school, where she was apparently "beaten up" by another girl. Now she's being touted as a strong person for "coming out" with her story. | ||||||||||||
| OK, summary over, now on to the rant. First off, sneaking out to go to a party where you consume copious amounts of alcohol is always trouble. If you've seen any sitcom ever, you know this. Next, if you don't know if you can handle a lot of drinking, DON'T DRINK A LOT. IT'S GODDAMN SIMPLE! And this next part is one of my favorites, she goes to lie down in a house full of drunken adolescent males, in her underwear, In her goddamn underwear. If that isn't one of the stupidest ideas ever, I'm a possum named Ted.

| Then the "rape" happens. I myself don't believe it was rape until she told them to stop, or that it hurt (which apparently she did, about halfway through). Now, you're probably thinking, "Chris, that's horrible! From what you're saying, it sounds like you think any guy can plow whomever he wants until they say stop!" No, I think that it's not rape if you're an utter fucking moron. What better way to say, "Soup's on, boys! Come get it while it's hot!" to a bunch of drunken teenage horndogs than to strip and lie down on a bed?

| Now, just when you think she can't get any more stupid, she asks the very same guys who just raped her to take her home. "Oh, Mr. Rapist, you seem to have forgotten to violate me in some other way, I wouldn't want you going home feeling like you did a half-assed job, so I'm gonna give you another shot. Oh, and when you're done with that perhaps you'd like to come to my house and take a crack at my mom." Now, I'm sure you were all so suprised when you found out that the boys were at it again, because I certainly was. I nearly fell out of my goddamn chair when I heard that rapists (which by now, they are) will indeed rape if given the chance. Now, the quote from the site is "...forced her onto an outdoor table and asked her to perform oral sex". Forced and then asked in the same sentence. How the hell are we supposed to interperet that? I'm sure she agreed at least to the oral sex, because by that point she must've been so hammered she would've said yes to anything.
