Easy Scrambled Eggs
This is an easy recipe for the young cook in the family
2 eggs
a little bit of milk about a 1/4 cup
1/4 teaspoon of cinnamon
In a cereal bowl that is microwave safe combine milk, eggs and cinnamon and mix well
Place in the microwave for 1 min
When time is up give the egg mixture a stir
Place in the microwave for another 30 to 60 seconds depending on the wattage of the microwave usually 30 seconds is good
Remove and stir the eggs up to make them scrambled and serve
I like this as a quick snack for after school or watching t.v. The best part is that you can eat it in the bowl that you cooked it in so there is less dishes, and the young cooks in the family can make it to without using the stove.
