THEATRE BABYLON is an ensemble dedicated to the performance of new types of entertainment and new theatrical interpretations of classics. The ensemble's goal is to bring accessible, low cost ($12 or less for tickets), high quality theatre to Uptown New Orleans and its environs.

THEATRE BABYLON is interested in the upheaval of theatre in New Orleans; Louisiana; and the Deep South by reinstating the human element in the performing arts, by encouraging professional quality entertainment and healthy and ensemble driven performance that strive to discourages "intolerance," and reaches out to artistic professionals and laymen alike.
