The types of cases range from property damage, cargo claims, and construction defects to collections, marine salvage, insurance bad faith and many other general business disputes. Mr. Enge has taken cases through trial and appeal. Moreover, he has successfully resolved cases through binding arbitration, as well as settlement conferences and private mediation. In estate planning matters, Mr. Enge has handled the range from simple wills and living trusts to assisting with complex estates calling for charitable foundations and family limited partnerships.
