Alyssa's Birthday

In the morning - Stephanie visits with her cakes Stephnie dropped by in the morning. She was on her way to a weekend with friends getting married, but wanted to drop off my birthday cake!! She also wanted to spice up both cakes a bit. They had gotten bumped around a bit on her drive down from Dallas and she wanted to patch 'em up!
This was my cake! Isn't the longhorn cool? Steph didn't like it, so we put shaved chocolate over it.	Here we are shaving chocolate and working on the cakes.
Two thumbs up, man!	Here is a raspberry cake that Steph made. It is so lovely. We wanted to eat that one too, but she has to deliver it to someone else. :-(
The Family, Dogs and various friends arrive This was crazy because everyone that had a dog broght them. Chris' folks brought Ginto, Mom and Dad brought Chester and Bryan and Lorena brought Aztec. The cats were loving this arrangement!

Looking saucy, getting ready to party! Check out the necklace. It was from Chris and is quite lovely!	Vic made it for my birthday. She actually drove to San Antonio from Dallas that afternoon, packed some things and then drove up to Austin. Is that a best friend or what?
