Fruit cake This cake was created for a birthday celebration. It is a yellow cake with 3 layers. Each layer consists of the following: raspberry liquer, raspberry jam, almond buttercream icing, and a fresh raspberry sauce. This filling is my favorite thus far! The outside of the cake is decorated with almond buttercream icing and fresh fruit.
