"Fake" Holiday cake This cake is actually styrofoam underneath and was used as a decoration at Chris' parents' B&B over Christmas. The roses on top and icing were done with royal icing which hardens and won't spoil. Silk flowers, greenery and ribbon were used to add color and fullness. If stored carefully, this cake could be used over and over again.
