I'm a guy, so I like action/adventure movies with a bit of whimsical dialogue thrown in for comical purposes. So, for the last blog, and today's, and tomorrow's; I'm including lines from action/adventure movies. The quote from the last blog came from "Indiana Jones and the Temple of Doom."

I'm a pseudo-parent to my 5 year-old niece, so I read alot of childrens tales. One that I have read alot is "Goldielocks and the Three Bears." In that story, the bears come home, and Baby Bear notices Goldielocks sleeping in his bed.

Personally, if I were Baby Bear, I wouldn't have complained so much.

Today I had the experience once again, after a long time off, of having a woman share my bed. Maybe it's because I'm a rare breed, but it was nice to have someone there. Tell me you don't love it when you collide with someone in the middle of the night. Tell me you don't love it when you have to fight the blankets off of someone just to get your own fair share. Tell me you don't love it when someone cuddles close to you.

I think it is because I am a rare breed. I find so many things enjoyable that others would either think completely nuts, or take for granted.

And while there wasn't anything signifigant about sharing a bed with a friend, it was a nice change of pace. Now, those are things that don't come my way very often.
