If you couldn't guess, yesterday's corny line, gracing the top of the beauty weblog, was from the movie "American Beauty".

A smile

It's always the simple things in life that we have to appreciate. In my opinion, nothing is as simple, and as a pleasure to appreciate, as a smile.

I'm just a simpleton in disguise, so I love smiles. Seeing a smile lifts my spirits, and makes me want to smile in return, just like that chain e-mail says.

It warms you to know that people smile at the thought of you, at the sight of you. It makes you float on air to see someone everyday, and know that you two bring a smile to each other's faces.

Sometimes, life can be so cold.
