Hi well it's been a year now .That I have been back in the UK. My time at Stonehenge is almost over just two shifts to do then I start with the M G S on the 1st of next month.
Working at Stonehenge has been an experience I can tell you and I shall not forget the time I spent there .How could I after meeting some of the nutters that jumped the fence at night lol!
The Stonehenge monument is a beautiful place and to stand in the circle as I did every working night was an honour. What have I learnt about Stonehenge? Well some people think that this is a magical place were you can make wishes and make dreams come true if you visit and enter the mystical circle. I can honestly say that that idea is bullshit, bin there done that, got the t-shirt, doesn't work! You can stand there and wish on a shooting star or sing to the moon it won't make any difference. And if there is a god or gods up there looking down at you they would be laughing there heads off .I know because I tried!
If you want to see real magic at Stonehenge go with special access and see people from all over the world stare at this monument in wonder. For here in this circle the colour of your skin makes no difference, catholic, Muslim, Jew, Hindu, even Buddhist
Stand together as ONE. Now that is real magic. Especially when we now sadly live in a time that seems so full of hate with each other just because of there colour be it black or white or because of there religion.
To say this year has gone by fast would be an understatement it really has flown by
Every thing has gone according to plan so far, Bea and myself have been working full time, the boys have settled in to there school and have done far better then any one could have wished for and have made lots of new friends. Its now coming up for the summer holidays I think that Bea has a visit to France planed to see her family.
As I am starting my new job so I doubt that I will get to go this time around.

These guys have really helped me settle back in to the way of life here in the UK.
Also to Kath this lady gave me a home to live in and food in my mouth over twenty years ago when I first came to Amesbury when I had nothing, no job, no money just the things on my back. Kath was the first person that I visited when I arrived back here.
Kath had me waiting at the front door and it wasn't until I said (don't tell me you rented my room out) that she recognized me she said it was the accent that put her off; go on the aussie twang.
Negatives about this year gone by. Not being on the house market. So still having to rent
But the really sad thing about this year is that of all the people on my( were are they now) list i
Have only seen and had a drink with one of them Tony Pedder it was like I had only been away for a weekend unreal.
What makes this really sad is that I know of one other person who knows exactly were I am but has no intension of saying hi. why they feel that way about me now.after all these years.I just dont know. Its as if I were just a bad memory and someone that is better forgoten.
There was a time when we were as close as two people that were in love with each other can possibly get. . But, now you act as if i am somthing you would scrape off your shoes,what did i do to you ?, for you to think this of me. Ok we both went our separate ways thats what you wonted . We are both now happily marred and have children dose that mean we can not think of that person with kindness and wonder how they are doing, and catch up on what each other have done over the last twenty years if so, this I find more than sad and will never be able to understand it I thought some friends could remain friends for life.No matter what got thrown in there parth.
I believe that some experences and certainly some people in are lives are worth remembering maybe im rong in feeling this way i hope not .Why dose it bother me still I will tell you because i thought you had more class than that.It would have been nice to introduce you to Bea.

Hi just a fast one as i am useing my mates pc as i am not on the net for about three more sleeps lol .waiting for BT to pull there finger out and get my internet sorted . we have now moved into our new place .only about four street from were we lived befor .
i start my new job this monday .so looking forward to that. so will be back on line soon
