Swimming And Contact Lenses
Do you wear contact lenses?
If so, you should take them off before swimming.
If you insist on wearing them,
then wear good swimming goggles at all times.
If your contacts begin to irritate your eyes,
stop wearing them immediately and call your eye doctor.
Protecting Your Hair In The Pool
Chlorine can be especially damaging to hair.
To protect your hair,
apply a coat of conditioner prior to entering the pool.
Better yet, wear a swim cap.
This will keep a barrier between your hair and the pool water.
Once you are done swimming,
take a shower to rinse off the chlorine and other chemicals.
