Replacing Jon, Bobbie Quickly earned the nick name " Hot Dog" with his antics and not to mention peeling out in the parking lot at Central. Bobby is way to eager for his own good when he chases after a speeder on his first day making his senior partner Ponch upset with him. Bobby is an excellent officer and comes through for Ponch when Bobby identified the half naked Ponch as his partner after Ponch was stopped by the LAPD. (Classic Scene)
He also came through when Ponch and his date was being held up in Ponch's apartment.
