A few guidelines first. First of all, I don't require that my name be on them, but I really really really appreciate it. I usually put it in really faded near the bottom, and I'd appreciate it if it stayed that way. Of course, if asked...I wont put it in, but I promise that it'll never be painfully obvious.
Also, if a layout has a neopets image on it, I am required to put a neopets copyright tag on it, so don't be surprised. If I don't, they can sue me, and I"m already a poor college student, I don't need to be sued to top it all off, heh...
Now, because, as we all know, neopets doesn't allow code or html passed through neomail or anything else, I NEED to have your email to send you the coding for the layout. I never save the email addresses, and I swear that I'll never send you any junk email/chain letters or the like. It's just rude and I hate the things, I never answer even when they are from friends.
