| Deuteronomy 8:15 Who led thee through that great and terrible wilderness, wherein were fiery serpents, and scorpions, and drought, where there was no water; who brought thee forth water out of the rock of flint; 16 Who fed thee in the wilderness with manna, which thy fathers knew not, that he might humble thee, and that he might prove thee, to do thee good at thy latter end; We are in a time where heart preparation is vitally important if we are to catch the next wave that is coming in. Purity of heart is high on Gods agenda for His people in this hour, this is necessary as the next wave will take us to levels higher than we have been before, where purity of heart is a requirement to enter and survive the heady ride. Psalms 66:10 For thou, O God, hast proved us: thou hast tried us, as silver is tried. 11 Thou broughtest us into the net; thou laidst affliction upon our loins 12 Thou hast caused men to ride over our heads; we went through fire and through water: but thou broughtest us out into a wealthy place. 13 I will go into thy house with burnt offerings: I will pay thee my vows, 14 Which my lips have uttered, and my mouth hath spoken, when I was in trouble. Cause and Affect There is a correlation between that which happens in the spirit realm and that which happens in the natural realm. This is clearly brought out in Revelation chapter 8 Revelation 8:3 And another angel came and stood at the altar, having a golden censer; and there was given unto him much incense, that he should offer it with the prayers of all saints upon the golden altar which was before the throne. 4 And the smoke of the incense, which came with the prayers of the saints, ascended up before God out of the angel's hand. 5 And the angel took the censer, and filled it with fire of the altar, and cast it into the earth: and there were voices, and thunderings, and lightnings, and an earthquake. Notice: As the prayers of the saints ascended to God the Angel then cast fire into the earth. The affect of this in the earth was a great earthquake. We see a correlation between that which happens in heaven and its affect in the earth. When Jesus died on the cross and pronounced "it is finished" there was a great earthquake. Just before the revival in Argentina broke out in the 50s, there was a Bible School where all the students were locked into supernatural intercession for weeks. Towards the end of this intercession a word came indicating the demonic prince over the nation had been bound, immediately a great natural storm broke out over the nation, this fierce storm raged all night, when morning dawned the storm abated. During this final period of intercession a military coup was foiled. This reflected the battle that has taken place in the spiritual as the evil prince over Argentina was dethroned. Shortly after this over one millions souls came into the kingdom of God in this great Nation. (You can read about this revival in the book. Thy God Reigneth. By Ed Miller) I believe that this earthquake, which in turn caused the tsunamis, has profound implication for the church today. These earthquakes are birth pangs as a new day is set to come forth. This is not just the end of an era, it is the end of a major period in the history of the church, just as the reformation began a new major period in church history. A 40-year period of preparation and testing is coming to an end, just as Israel's main goal in God was to enter and subdue the |
