I have been a Real Estate Investor for 5 years, owning and renovating properties. Presently, I own five properties. These properties I will use for the development of the Economic Blue Print Group (EBP Group). I have been in the Mortgage business for seven years. I began with Edwards and Benjamin Financial, a minority firm mortgage in the Baltimore area. While in the mortgage business I gained knowledge in the real estate investment component of the industry. This allowed me to form contacts with investor, and learn about the industry. In 1999, I became a Realtor with Long and Foster Realty, where I helped sell residential properties and served investors. In 2000, I started working as an investor myself when I discovered how rewards of the industry.
I have always had a desire to work in the inner community, as I grew up in the sub-urban area of Columbia. After high school I made a choice to attend the University of the District of Columbia (U.D.C.). I studied Political Science and develop a desire to understand Economics. I working in the student government of U.D.C., and was instrumental in getting national notice for U.D.C. when inviting national leaders to speak at our university.
I will strive to use my organizational skills to build the E.B.P. Group which will bring wealth to it�s members. I will use my knowledge to institute information in this network that will evolve throughout the inner city community. I will maintain my vision to introduce stability to those who seek it.
