Fundraising Notes
Shop Rite and A & P Gift Certificates are the ongoing fundraiser-summer too! You purchase gift certificates that can be used like cash at these food stores and your child receives $5 credit toward the Music Trip for each $100 of gift certificate purchase. ($100 minimum purchase).

Just What is COPA?
COPA is the parent support group of the J.P. Stevens Vocal and Orchestra Music Departments. We support these groups both financially and by lending a hand where it is needed.
COPA holds fundraisers throughout the year to help students offset their individual cost of the annual trip, and to build up a student scholarship fund. Scholarships are awarded to graduating seniors at our Awards Banquet in June. COPA also helps purchase needed supplies or materials for the Choir and Orchestra departments not covered by the school budget.
Choir and Orchestra Association parents help chaperone trips to concerts and activities as well as chair and/or staff fundraising events. All children in the program directly benefit from the work that we as parents do. If you, or any parent you know, is a photographer, accountant, florist, caterer, travel agent, seamstress/tailor, or is in public relations, advertising, etc., we can use your talents. But any help you can give is welcome.
Please consider getting involved for your child's sake. We have board meetings every month at the high school, complete with refreshments. All are invited to attend. We are always open to new ideas!
