First, you are going to need a lot of money, so you can buy greens for your chocobo, a lot of time and patience, a couple of mastered enemy lures, a mastered chocobo lure, the W-item materia for the dupe trick to get more items, 2 sylkis greens, 3 Carob nuts (steal from dinosaur like creature at the grass by choco-sage house) and 1 Zeio nut (steal from Goblin).
First, go to the choco-tracks south east of Gold Saucer. Get a chocobo by feeding him/her greens then killing all the enemies without touching the chocobo, then go to the farm. Talk to Billy, then select "Moving Chocobos". You will see a description of the chocobo, if it says, "This is a good chocobo" or something like that, he/she is your chocobo. Move it into a stable, then name it. He will tell you what gender that chocobo is. Keep that in mind. Now, go to the Mideel Tracks. Capture a chocobo that is surrounded by two purple guys that roll into balls. Go back to the stables. Save now, you will see why. Move it into the stables, and MAKE SURE THAT IT IS THE OPPOSITE GENDER!!! If not, reset the game and move it in again. Keep doing this until he says, "now give your chocobo Male/female a name", and he says that it is the opposite gender. Use the W-item trick to get 99 sylkis greens. Feed them all but two to both your chocobos. Now, go to Gold Saucer. Race them until they are both class A. Now, go back to the farm. Talk to Billy, and select, "Mate them". Give them a Carob nut. You will get either a blue or green, I can't remember which. Now, here is the death blow. Release your yellow chocobos. YOU HAVE TO DO THIS ALL OVER AGAIN, BUT THIS TIME WITH OPPOSITE GENDERS! (*sob*) Oh well. Save Now! Mate your good and great chocobos (different genders this time) with another Carob Nut. You will get the opposite gender of whatever you got last time. If it is not the opposite gender of the other blue/green chocobo reset and mate again. Once you have the opposite gender, use the w-item tick to get 99 sylkis greens. Feed them all but two to your blue and green chocobos. Race them until they are Class A. Now, Save. Mate them with your last Carob Nut. you should get a BLACK CHOCOBO!! Here is the hard part. Go to the choco-tracks by Icicle Inn area. This will take a while, as these Wonderful Chocobos are pretty rare. Keep getting in fights until you find a chocobo that is surrounded by two Jumpings (evil rabbits). Capture it. Save. Keep reloading the game until you get a chocobo that is the opposite gender of your black guy/gal. Use the w-item trick until you get 99 more sylkis greens. Feed them all but two to your newborn black and wonderful chocobos. Race them until they are both class A. Save. When you can, mate them with your Zeio nut. You Should get a GOLD CHOCOBO!!!!!!!!!!!! Now, you can get all of the materia caves! Try feeding 99 sylkis greens to it. You can now easily get to S Class, and get all the prizes there! Congrats!
