Tim Tam Chocolate Sundae

 

Ingredients:

2 Arnott's Tim Tam Chocolate Biscuits, roughly chopped

4 scoops of good quality vanilla ice-cream

2 tablespoons hot fudge sauce
(You can make your own from one of my recipes or use a purcahsed one,
I use
Chocolatier Sauce)

Glazed Cherries if desired.

Method:

  1. Place hot fudge chocolate topping into a heatproof bowl. Cook uncovered for 30 - 40 seconds on high in the microwave.

  2. Layer Tim Tams, ice-cream, glazed cherries and hot chocolate fudge into 4 individual serving bowls.

  3. Serve immediately.

Variation: Use crushed malteasers instead of Tim Tams for a different taste.
