Tandoori Chicken Roll-Up

 

Ingredients:

500 grams Chicken strips

Tandoori Curry Paste

Natural Yoghurt

1 lemon

Flat bread such as pita or flour tortilla's

2 tomato's

lettuce

onion

tzatziki

Method:

In a bowl mix 4 generous tablespoons of Tandoori Curry Paste (I use Sharwood's), 1 small tub of European or traditional natual yoghurt and the juice of one small lemon. Mix into a paste and add chicken strips. Refridgerate for a few hours or overnight.

Heat your oven to 200C and place chicken on a wire rack, pop into oven for approx 20 minutes, during this time turn the chicken once.

Chop up your onion and tomato and shred your lettuce.......with about 5 mins to go heat your bread in the microwave (or pop your chosen bread in foil and heat in the oven for 5 - 10 mins). When warm, spread some tzatziki on the bread followed by the Tandoori chicken. Next layer on the onion, tomato and lettuce. Fold in the sides and enjoy.
