Mudcake:
Grab a mudcake packet-mix (I use White Wings). Pop dry ingredients into a large bowl. Substitute the oil for butter as this will give the cake a richer texture.....still use the chocolate buttons provided but as an addition add in some extra chocolate.....I myself use either Chocolatier chocolate sauce.....this is good as you don't have to melt it....otherwise I use Haigh's dark cooking chocolate, as this comes in a block you will need to melt it but the results are worth it. Stir in your chosen chocolate and bake as per instructions. The result is fabulous and its as good as a cake you make from scratch.
