Chocolate coated Strawberries:

This is best made on the day of serving, purchase a couple of punnets of strawberries, wipe the fruit with a damp cloth, never wash your berries.....holding the berry by the hull dip into prepared melted chocolate, lay coated berry on a cake rack to allow excess chocolate to drain, refrigerate and enjoy.
