Chocolate Puddings
Ingredients:
125 grams good quality dark chocolate
125 grams unsalted butter
3 eggs
3/4cup caster sugar
2 tbs plain flour (sifted)
1 tsp vanilla extract
ice cream for serving
Method:
Pre-heat oven to 180 degrees C. Grease
the ramekins
Place chocolate and butter in a metal bowl over a pan of simmering water (do not let the water touch the bowl). Cook until the butter has melted, then remove from the heat and stir until the butter melts. If you find it easier use a microwave for melting.
Whisk together the eggs, sugar, flour and vanilla until combined. Add the chocolate mixture and whisk until smooth.
Pour into ramekins, place on a baking
tray and bake for 10 – 12 minutes until just set on the outside.
Serve with ice-cream.
